CHOCOLATE SEMI-SWEET 54.5% BLOCK 811NV 5KG

The classic semi-sweet Belgian chocolate now available in a shaveable block. Great for use in shaping chocolate blossoms. Cut or shave pieces off as a wide or long as you want, with the semi-sweet block you are in control.

CHOCOLATE SEMI-SWEET CALLETS 811NV 2.5KG

For years Callebaut’s semi-sweet callets been among our most popular products. It is not hard to see why, with just right the balance of bitter and sweet these chips are a great all purpose choice. Callebaut’s callets are made with tempering in mind, easy to work with and melt for smooth results.


the 811NV recipe in particular has the utmost quality ingredients: it is designed to play up on the natural, real flavour of roasted cocoa. Loved by chefs all over the world, the 811 is Callebaut’s all-round chocolate for confectionery, ganaches, mousses, biscuits, sauces, drinks and many other applications. It’s simply made to help you achieve perfect end results every time.

CHOCOLATE DARK CALLETS 70% 10KG

An excellent choice for an all purpose chocolate. Callebaut callets are easy to melt. These are the ideal callets to use for enrobing fruits and chocolate suaces.  

CHOCOLATE DARK CALLETS 70% 2.5KG

These callets are made from a minimum of 70.5% cocoa solids, extra bitter chocolate, ideal for enrobing.

MILK CHOCOLATE CALLETS 823NV 2.5KG

Among Callebaut’s most popular products, this general purpose callet has a balanced, milky flavour. Milk callets are designed to be easy to temper and work with.

TRADITIONAL MILK GIANDUJA 27% BLOCK 5KG

Gianduja is a smooth creamy mix of chocolate and pure medium roasted hazelenut paste. Gianduja comes as a semisolid creme that can easily be cut into confectionaries or melted down for enrobing.

CARAMEL FILL (READY-TO-USE) 5KG

Genuine caramel with butter toffee flavouring. This readytouse caramel is a deep golden colour and semifluid in texture. Pairs well with darker more intense chocolates and is a great confectionary filling.

WHITE CHOCOLATE BLOCK W2NV 5KG

A highly sweet and iconic white chocolate recipe that has grown to be many chefs preferred choice. It has a delightful taste that is formed from cream of Belgian cows, it has caramel and vanilla notes providing a perfect balance.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CALLETS W2NV 2.5KG

Made with 100% pure cocoa butter, premium cream and vanilla. W2 has a highly balanced profile that has made it an iconic choice among chefs.

MOUSSE DARK CHOCOLATE 75% 800G

Made from 75% dark Belgian chocolate, this mousse mix guarantees a rich mouthfeel texture. Just 3 simple steps to use:

1. Mix the contents of one pack with 1 litre of cold milk

2. Beat at full speed for 5 minutes

3. Pipe into cups or glasses and leave to cool in the fridge for approx. 6 hours OR scoop after cooling 

CRISPEARLS SALTED CARAMEL COATED CEREALS 800G

Crispearls are made from the finest milk chocolate and pure caramel. Inside each pearl you'll find a crispy toasted biscuit center. They are ideal for sprinkling on top of cakes or desserts to add an elegant touch.

Decorative chocolate balls that have a jewel-like exterior and crunchy toasted center. Widely used on cakes to add an extra touch of elegance.
