This sparkling white vinegar, is made from grapes of the famous Reims, France region. It is a low acidity vinegar with a delicate, full wooded boquet.

This gourmet wine is made with aged Sherry wine. It imparts a well-rounded, complex flavour to vegetables and roasted meats. Sherry has a caramel and nutty notes, making it ideal for hearty tomato based dishes, soups and salads.

RED WINE VINEGAR 1L

Made from fermented and strained red wine. This particular variety is highly acidic making it perfect for cutting through fatty meats such as duck.
