BURGUNDY COOKING WINE 3.78L

Burgundy wine hails from the Burgundy region of eastern France. Burgundy is a Pinot Noir, that offers a deep red wine flavorful that works excellently with beef and chicken. Try using in a glaze, it is a key ingredient in making Burgundy style Stroganoff.

SAUTERNE COOKING WINE 3.78L

Sauternes is a French sweet cooking wine made from Semillion, Sauvignon blanc and Muscadelle grapes. An excellent choice for preparing poached fruits and tarts. Simmer alongside sweet fruits such as pears and peaches to create an irrestible glaze.

4 MONKS SHERRY COOKING WINE 3.78L

Sherry is a fortified wine from Spanish white grapes. Sweet and slightly salty this wine is perfect for white meats such as scallops and chicken.

MARSALA COOKING WINE 3.78L

Marsala is a wine, dry or sweet, produced in the region surrounding the Italian city of Marsala in Sicily. Commonly used for cooking to create rich caramelized sauces and is a dry wine with a unique tase due to use of Sicilian only grapes and a complex winemaking process.
